Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and manage Shopify development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, solid leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of the Shopify ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Shopify project execution and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
Gather and analyze project requirements and define project scope.
Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
Conduct client meetings, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality deliverables.
Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

Required Skills




3–5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, Shopify Plus, and eCommerce workflows.
Experience managing Shopify development projects.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent client handling, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced setting.
Must be comfortable working in the US shift (2:30 PM – 12:00 AM IST).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
