Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities:



- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in software systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug software problems.- Develop and implement solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of applications.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. Skilled & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.- Robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for system performance optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
