Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain and service Audio-Visual equipment and solutions.
Handle cable pulling, termination, rack installation, dressing and labelling.
Troubleshoot and resolve AV equipment issues.
Read technical drawings, layouts and equipment manuals.
Ensure proper installation as per project specifications and safety standards.
Prepare site reports and service reports.
Coordinate professionally with clients, contractors and internal teams.
Provide technical support to other technicians when required.
Willingness to travel and work at client sites as required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Windows software.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with AV equipment and major AV brands.
Positive knowledge of cabling, connectors, soldering and crimping.
Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
