We are looking for a energetic Backend Software Engineer (5–7 Years) on behalf of our premier client in the Information Technology industry to work side-by-side with other engineers in developing and delivering applications across our customer journey lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure high-quality software delivery that complies with enterprise requirements and standard processes. The role will include implementing and managing product development workflows with agile deployment.

Responsibilities & Duties
API Development: Develop and maintain APIs, tools, and capabilities to run operations over organizational data safely.
Optimization: Submit robust solutions to improve our deployment workflows, continuous optimization, and overall framework performance.
Technical Decisions: Contribute to technical discussions around software architecture and help the team to make decisions that are agile, horizontal, and beneficial for the long term.
Problem Solving: Systematically identify bottlenecks and address issues in complex environments to handle problems by utilizing solid analytical thinking.
Simplification:



Convert requirements into robust yet minimalist solutions to simplify processes and avoid complex architecture on platforms that threaten the integrity of our payment ecosystem.

Technical Requirements
Programming Mastery: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with deep knowledge of at least one programming language like Java Preferrable Python or Go (Golang).
Architectural Foundations: Proven experience with System Design and Software Architecture patterns.
Observability: Experience with system observability tools, including Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog is a strong plus.
Security & Testing: Experience with implementing secure frameworks for software delivery is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Energetic communication skills, a team-cooperative state of mind, and excellent problem-solving and structured mindset.

Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the industry or equivalent.
Overall Experience: 5 – 7 years.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
