Job Description

To drive pipeline creation and early-stage chance development within the assigned region by identifying prospects, initiating engagement, and qualifying opportunities for conversion by the Regional Manager and Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities
Market Mapping & Target Identification
Identify and map: Developers, Consultants and Investors.
Build and maintain a structured prospect database.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Initiate contact through: Calls, Emails and Industrial networks.
Establish initial connect with potential clients.
Initial Engagement
Conduct introductory discussions.
Present organizational capabilities at a basic level.
Establish relevance and interest.
Lead Qualification (CRITICAL)
Assess: Project relevance, Timeline and Decision-making structure.
Filter high-potential prospects.
Meeting Setup & Preparation
Schedule meetings with: Regional Manager and Senior Leadership (where required).
Prepare meeting briefs: Client background, Key stakeholders and Objective.
Pipeline Development
Maintain engagement with prospects




Ensure continuity until RM takeover
Coordination with BD Ops Lead
Provide timely updates on: Meetings, Outcomes and Next actions.
Ensure proper system tracking.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred or equivalent)
Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR (or equivalent) — Preferred
Role Boundaries : Does NOT handle commercial negotiations, Does NOT own final client relationships and Does NOT prepare proposals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of qualified prospects generated, Number of meaningful meetings arranged, Conversion ratio (outreach → meetings) and Quality of pipeline.
Exposure to Construction / Real Estate / Consultancy.
Understanding of Project lifecycle and Stakeholder ecosystem.
Experience for about 3–6 years in BD / client-facing roles
Should be Proactive and persistent.
Solid communication and networking skills.
Structured and disciplined.
High ownership mindset.
