Inbound Sales Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally through calls, emails, or chat channels.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities by effectively presenting product perks and value.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections while delivering exceptional customer service.
Identify prospects for cross-selling and upselling to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Adhere to company policies, sales processes, tools, and quality standards.
Achieve sales targets, productivity goals, and key performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and business growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
