About the Program

We're hiring for our Graduate Trainee Program, designed for freshers who want to build a career, not just take a job. Selected candidates go through structured onboarding and get placed into one of our active tracks based on their strengths and our business needs, with mentorship from senior leadership throughout.





Who Can Apply
Full-time MBA, B.Tech, or any full time undergraduate/postgraduate degree
Graduating batch 2025–2026, or passed out any time between 2025–2026
Strong communicators, quick learners, comfortable with ambiguity
No prior work experience required
