Workforce Management (WFM) Executive

Job Summary

The Workforce Management (WFM) Executive is responsible for forecasting workload, planning manpower, preparing shift rosters, monitoring real-time adherence, and ensuring optimal staffing to achieve service levels, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Forecast call, chat, and workload volumes.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly WFM reports and dashboards.
Ensure SLA, service level, occupancy, and productivity targets are met.
Coordinate with Operations for manpower planning and resource allocation.




Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements.
Manage shrinkage, absenteeism, and staffing utilization.

Key Skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM Salesforce Tools.
Knowledge of WFM tools and contact center metrics.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Workforce Management within a BPO or Contact Center.
