We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic professional to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, managing enquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a skilled and timely manner.
Respond and close customer enquiries regarding products, orders, pricing, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely resolution of customer requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and customer feedback.




Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Support the Sales team by coordinating customer requirements and providing timely updates.
Prepare basic reports related to customer interactions and order status updates.
Strict adherence to timelines and deadlines for the assigned projects.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Perform other customer service and sales support responsibilities as assigned.
