Brief: We are looking for a motivated HR intern to support our HR team with day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on chance to learn across key HR functions – from talent acquisition to employee engagement – in a fast-paced workplace!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and maintaining candidates’ pipelines
Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and current hire checklists
Maintain and update employee records, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, and cultural initiatives
Assist in preparing HR reports,



presentations, and policy documents as needed

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement
Bachelors’ degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
High attention detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Additional Requirement
Prior internship experience in HR
