AVW Global Transports & Logistics LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining operational documentation, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, and supporting efficient supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments.
Manage logistics documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas partners.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely escalation when required.
Maintain operational records, reports, and databases.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 -3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong willingness to learn.
