We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be professional, and passionate about providing excellent service to patients and their attendants.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle patient and visitor queries and provide appropriate guidance.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Support appointment coordination, registration, and other front-office activities.
Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain qualified communication and a positive setting at the reception/front-office area.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.





Candidate Profile
Graduates from any discipline are preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or front-office operations will have an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive command of English and Malayalam.
Pleasant personality with a patient-focused approach.
Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
