About Us
Sri Sai Interiors is a growing interior design firm. We deliver high-quality interior spaces and are looking for a reliable, energetic Site Manager to oversee our in office execution and manage field operations across different locations.
Job Overview
We are hiring a responsible Site Manager who can take charge of our interior execution sites. You will act as the primary leader in office, ensuring that laborers work efficiently, materials arrive on time, and project updates are communicated clearly to the management. This role requires frequent travel to different project locations.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Stand in office as the team leader ("boss") to ensure workers and carpenters execute designs according to plan.
Progress Reporting: Take daily photos, videos, and notes on work progress and report directly to the business owner.
Material Management: Monitor raw material inventory on-site and coordinate timely replenishment so work never stops.
Workforce Management: Maintain discipline, track worker attendance,
and resolve minor issues on the ground.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 10th standard or 12th standard pass.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory). Knowing any South Indian language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam) is a major bonus.
Travel Flexibility: Must be highly willing to travel to various cities and field locations frequently.
Skills: Robust communication skills, leadership mindset, and basic phone usage for WhatsApp reporting.
