Job Summary

Light Finance is hiring a Sr. Analyst – Delivery Excellence to connect field operations with strategic planning. The role involves analysing business performance, supporting project execution and conducting regular field visits in the microfinance domain.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse Business trends across Disbursement, PAR, collection on day-to-day basis.
Highlight performance gaps and suggest interventions required in allocated regions.
Conduct field and branch visits to validate proper execution of projects and share actionable feedback from field to HO.
Coordinate with various team across organization.
Assist in tracking projects and maintain documented process, follow-up.
Desired Profile

Qualifications & Skills:
MBA/Postgrad in Business, Finance or Analytics
Solid analytical thinking and detail-oriented and a valuable communicator.
Microfinance experience preferred
Excel & PowerPoint proficiency (Power BI is a plus)
Willingness to travel (10–12 days/month)
