We are looking for a energetic and experienced English Trainer to deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to learners of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a robust grasp of English grammar and communication skills, and the ability to tailor lessons based on individual or group needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver English language training sessions (spoken, written, grammar, vocabulary, etc.).
Conduct needs assessments and proficiency tests to determine learners' levels.
Create lesson plans, learning materials, and exercises that align with curriculum goals.
Provide constructive feedback on assignments, presentations, and speaking activities.
Develop and implement engaging teaching techniques for both online and offline platforms.
Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and language learning trends.
Collaborate with other trainers,



academic coordinators, or HR departments (for corporate training) to improve course delivery.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as an English Trainer or English Teacher.
Excellent command of the English language—both spoken and written.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to engage learners and adapt to different learning styles.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with business English or corporate communication training.
Knowledge of test preparation strategies for standardized English exams.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
Creativity in designing interactive activities and multimedia content.
