Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations. The role involves coordinating staff, monitoring operational performance, maintaining quality standards, solving day-to-day issues, and ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and workflow.
Supervise, guide, and coordinate staff to ensure effective performance.
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and work schedules.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth business operations.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and other operational requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with staff training,



onboarding, and performance evaluation.
Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Support the Operations Manager in implementing process improvements and cost-control measures.
Step in to manage operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in operations, administration, supervision, or a similar role.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to organize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Solid attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
