Position: Sales Manager for Insurance company

About the Role- The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for driving life insurance sales through a team of advisors/agents, recruiting and developing talent, achieving business targets, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance. The role focuses on team productivity, market expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.
Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve assigned sales targets (premium, policies, activation, persistency).
Drive sales of life insurance products including Term, ULIP, Savings, Pension, and Health Riders.
Identify current business opportunities and develop local market penetration strategies.
Support advisors in customer meetings, presentations, and closures.
Team Recruitment & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and train insurance advisors / agents.




Motivate and manage the advisor team to ensure consistent productivity.
Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
Build a high-performing and engaged sales team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
