About Incasa Mobili

Incasa Mobili is a furniture and interiors business focused on quality products, strong design, and efficient operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
Handle sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain GST invoices and documentation.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Verify bills, expenses, purchase invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and vendors when required.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).




2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Positive working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP accounting software.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred
Experience in furniture, manufacturing, retail, or trading businesses.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
Experience handling high-volume purchase and sales transactions.
