Job Description We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing team and manage digital marketing strategies for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and client management, along with the ability to lead a team and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients. Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns. Develop strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Manage social media marketing strategies and content calendars. Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports. Track KPIs, ROI, leads, conversions, engagement, and other performance metrics. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives. Conduct competitor and market research. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other team members. Communicate with clients, understand their requirements,



and present marketing strategies and results. Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and advertising platforms. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the agency. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Solid knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience in social media strategy and campaign management. Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and analytics. Experience managing a digital marketing team. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client-management skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, etc. is preferred. Proven track record of achieving marketing results is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
