Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
Valuable communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with data processing workflows and batch job scheduling.

Additional Information:
