Job Description –HR Manager
Lead recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and workforce management for all business units.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, leave management, statutory compliance, and employee advantages.
Manage employee performance, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements across all locations.
Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain positive employee relations.
Oversee organisation to enhance all employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, budgets, workforce analytics, and HR documentation.
Coordinate and monitor HR operations across all branches to ensure consistent HR practices.
Lead,



supervise, mentor, and evaluate the HR team, ensuring effective coordination, productivity, and achievement of HR objectives.
Partner with senior management to support organizational growth, succession planning, and strategic HR initiatives.
Develop and implement group-wide HR policies, procedures, and strategies across all branches.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
