Manage and control the continental section of the kitchen
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control
Supervise and guide Commis I, II, and III in daily kitchen operations
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness .
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
Monitor stock levels and reduce food wastage
Assist Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and daily specials
Ensure timely preparation and service of food orders
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
