Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Staff member to support daily production activities and ensure smooth operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace and possess a strong commitment to quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily production activities as per production schedules.
Operate machinery, tools, and equipment as instructed.
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
Perform basic machine checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Monitor raw material usage and report shortages to the supervisor.
Complete production records and documentation accurately.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
Assist in packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation when required.

Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.

Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Preferred)
Any technical qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory setting.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
