We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our hospital team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase hospital business and patient footfall.
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, referral partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
Identify current business opportunities and develop referral networks.
Plan and execute marketing and business development activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient services and business operations.
Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
Prepare regular reports on business performance and activities.

Requirements




Hospital experience is mandatory.
IVF/ fertility industry experience will be an added advantage.
Only experienced candidates will be considered.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Solid leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Willingness to travel for business development activities when required.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in hospital/healthcare business development preferred.
