Job Title: NHL Solution Architect
Work Location :Bangalore/Kochi
Shift Details: UAE standard time
Experience Range (Min–Max): 8+ years of experience in UAE banking or banking experience is a MUST.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of solutions across FAB’s NHL (Mortgage & Home Loans) ecosystem.
• Top Three Mandatory Skills: Own end-to-end solution architecture across NHL systems, design decisions, from design through implementation and rollout
Work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into executable technical designs
Produce architecture artefacts (SAD, integration designs, data flows, API contracts) with transparent implementation guidance
Ensure alignment with CBUAE regulations, data residency, security, and enterprise architecture standards




Identify and proactively manage architecture risks, dependencies, and technical debt
Drive contemporary architecture patterns including microservices, API-first design, and event-driven integrations.
Technical Skills (Core Expectations)
Robust development background (Java / .NET / Node.js or similar enterprise stack)
Experience designing and building microservices and API-led architectures
Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, event-driven, messaging, middleware)
Experience working with enterprise applications and complex system integration landscapes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid architectures
Experience with mobile backend architectures and high transaction systems
Exposure to data platforms, reporting (OBIEE or similar), and data integration frameworks
Certifications (Required/Preferred): N/A
