Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical IT positions.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Solid understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and candidate evaluation.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Technical IT Recruitment.
Robust experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Hands-on experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Full Stack, Teamcenter etc.
Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Extension: Opportunity to extend based on performance and business requirements.
