We are looking for a agile and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.




Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
