Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in QSR, bakery, food production, or retail quality audits is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively and work night shifts.
Positive observation, reporting, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and expiry management.
Ability to work independently with integrity and attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
Ready for field-based role with rotational shifts.
Comfortable with strict compliance and audit processes.
