Key Responsibilities:
Teach Psychology to senior secondary classes (Grades XI & XII) as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and teaching materials aligned with syllabus requirements.
Deliver engaging sessions covering theoretical concepts and practical applications of Psychology.
Conduct experiments, surveys, and project-based learning activities.
Assess students through tests, assignments, practicals, and examinations.
Maintain student records, progress reports, and attendance.
Provide academic and emotional support to students, encouraging mental well-being.
Guide students in project work, research, and presentations.
Integrate real-life examples and case studies for better conceptual understanding.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress.
Contribute to life skills programs, counselling support, and school wellness initiatives.
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom workplace.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc. Psychology)
B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms)
Experience:




2–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred)

Solid knowledge of psychological theories and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive student issues with confidentiality
Classroom management and student engagement skills
Basic counselling and mentoring ability
Proficiency in ICT-based teaching tools
