Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system reliability.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Skilled & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse teams.
Familiarity with business process workflows related to procurement and supply chain management.
Capability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
