Key Responsibilities
Assist operators, technicians, and supervisors with daily work activities.
Load, unload, move, and arrange materials and products.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Support machine operation and production processes as instructed.
Pack, label, and transport finished goods.
Assist in basic maintenance and repair activities.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Report equipment issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
Ability to follow instructions and work procedures.
Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Positive work ethic and reliability.
Qualifications
High School (10th/12th) or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience as a helper, laborer, or production assistant is an advantage but not always required.
