Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end Solar EPC project execution from mobilization to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, timely completion, and smooth execution of both rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete Solar EPC execution from project mobilization to commissioning.
Supervise contractors, site engineers, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and timelines.
Coordinate with DISCOMs, electrical inspectors, government authorities, and third-party vendors.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper execution.




Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Prepare and submit regular work progress reports to management.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve site-level technical and operational issues.
Ensure project activities are completed as per quality standards and specifications.
Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Solar EPC project execution.
Site execution and project management experience.
Valuable knowledge of electrical/civil site activities.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Contractor and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Good planning, monitoring, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
