Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and escalations promptly while working toward satisfactory resolutions.Relationship Building: Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback to foster trust.Revenue Growth: Identify prospects to drive sales through upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM software.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client requirements and service standards are met.
