Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in testing web applications, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Experience in test automation and writing automation scripts will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing for web applications.
Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Execute manual test cases and ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before production deployments.
Maintain transparent documentation of test plans, test results, and defect reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.




Develop and maintain automation test scripts (preferred).

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Solid experience in testing web applications.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience with manual testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team.

Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git is an advantage.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
