Interact with potential customers through e-mail , telephone calls , what’s app and through other social media

· Follow up on sales enquiries made by customers through e-mail , inbound calls and what’s app

· Actively sourcing sales opportunities through cold calls

· Understand and advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs

· Conduct virtual meetings to build relationship with recent customers if required

· Send quotations

· Processing customer purchase order and ensure timely delivery of ordered product

· Maintain long lasting relationship with existing customers and after sales service

· Previously processed orders to be contacted

· Previous non-service enquiries to be contacted

· Maintain customers details in the prescribed format

· Should have product knowledge

· Should have positive communication skill , negotiation skill and convincing skill.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
