Job Description
Manage network services including LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and remote access technologies.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in real-time
Support email and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Workspace).
Maintain inventory of hardware/software licenses and manage procurement or renewal cycles.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support, warranties, and updates.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and MAC systems and Windows server.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
Monitor and optimize system and network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams and asset inventories
Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans and test restoration procedures regularly.
Train end-users on IT best practices, system access, and security awareness.

Experience: 5+ Years’ experience in managing sophisticated network architecture, deployment, Windows server management and End-Users support

Pay: ₹10,580.56 - ₹37,222.82 per month
