Install and configure Windows, Linux, applications, and other required tools by users.
Troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve Hardware, software and network issues on desktop and laptop.
Install updates, and recent software versions to ensure systems are secure and optimized.
Assist users Network connectivity issues, Domain join, including wired and wireless network problems.
Track IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Document issues, resolutions, and FAQs to build a knowledge base for future support.




Ensure timely responses to tickets and requests, providing skilled communication and updates to users.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Experience with installation, hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, ISPs) and remote troubleshooting tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, Anti-Virus, Security patch and other business applications.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of network security practices.
