Maya Biotech is expanding its operations by launching a dedicated PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) Division for its ENT & Respiratory product range. We are looking for an experienced and driven skilled who can take complete ownership of this segment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the PCD division
Build and manage a solid distributor network across regions
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
Handle distributor onboarding, relationship management, and retention
Plan product positioning and promotional strategies for ENT & Respiratory range
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and supply chain
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

Candidate Requirements:




Minimum 7–8 years of experience in PCD pharma marketing
Proven track record in building and handling PCD networks
Solid database of 100+ active distributors
Positive understanding of ENT & Respiratory product segments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Chandigarh): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
PCD Pharma Sales & Marketing: 7 years (Required)
