Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues. Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment performance. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain machine checklists and maintenance records. Monitor machine health and recommend corrective actions. Manage critical spare-parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions. Coordinate with Stores, Purchase and Production teams. Ensure protected maintenance practices and 5S standards. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns. Implement corrective and preventive actions. Support machine installation, commissioning and improvement projects. Prepare daily maintenance activity reports. Contribute ideas to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Pay: ₹460,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
