Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation.
Experience with automation tools and techniques relevant to manufacturing engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective solutions.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Knowledge of system integration and testing methodologies to ensure software quality.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation.
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
