Experience: 3+ years in Tool & Fixture Design, preferably in Aerospace or Defense industry.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Aerospace Engineering. Tool Design specialization (CITD/NTTF or equivalent) preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Design aerospace tooling, jigs, fixtures, drill templates, and handling equipment using CATIA.
Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
Apply GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Ensure designs meet aerospace manufacturing standards and DFM requirements.
Select suitable materials and tooling components.
Skills:
CATIA V5/V6 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting, Surfacing)
GD&T; (ASME Y14.5)
