Job Description:
Job purpose
Mobilise youth for vocational training/skill development programmes
Mobilisation Executive/Officer act as a medium between Society and Organisation to connect the youth with relevant skill development courses

Duties and responsibilities
Understand various skill development courses run by the organisation and requirements by trainees to enrol for the courses
Develop rapport with relevant stakeholders – educational institutions; government institutions like panchayats, blocks; partner agencies; community etc.
Conduct awareness sessions at schools, ITIs, colleges, communities etc. regarding the skill development courses
Conduct door-to-door surveys in target localities as per pre-designed survey forms
Advocate and counsel potential youth & their family members on the perks and job prospects of vocational training courses
Conduct skill gap survey in close coordination with industries, govt. agencies and community
Disseminate information to target groups regarding required documents to enrol for skill development courses
Report target vs achievement on a regular basis
