Quality Engineer

Location: Umargaon

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E in Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:In-process & final inspection as per customer specs.

Mandatory: Experience in Extrusion process.

Maintain inspection reports and quality records Monitor production processes and reduce defects.

Handle customer complaints, RCA & CAPA support.

Ensure calibration & maintenance of measuring instrumentsCoordinate with Production, Maintenance & Store teams.

Must Have Skills:Knowledge of QC processes, inspection methods & mechanical drawings.

GD&T; + Hands-on with Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge.

Problem-solving, attention to detailBasic knowledge of ISO 9001Good communication & reporting skills.

Preferred:Experience in Rubber/Manufacturing industry & ISO documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
