Job Title: Assistant Spa Manager
Location: Ambedkar Veedhi, Bengaluru / Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support daily spa operations, drive sales, maintain service excellence, and lead the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences within a hotel spa workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day spa operations and guest service delivery
Drive spa revenue through memberships, retail sales, and service promotions
Supervise spa therapists and ensure grooming, discipline, and performance standards
Handle guest queries, appointments, feedback, and complaint resolution
Monitor daily reports, inventory, stock management, and operational records




Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Conduct team briefings and support training and development initiatives
Ensure hygiene, SOP compliance, and brand standards are maintained

Requirements:
Experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness / Hospitality operations preferred
Solid communication and customer service skills
Sales-oriented mindset with team handling ability
Knowledge of spa operations and guest experience management
Ability to work in shifts and hotel setting

Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
