Role Summary

The Sr. Manager – Finance and Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company,

including accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, costing, MIS reporting, treasury, and internal controls. This is a

hands-on leadership role requiring solid technical accounting knowledge combined with strategic business partnering

skills, ideally with prior exposure to the chemical/process manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting -
Handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Prepare and present accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
Facing Internal and external Auditors and finalization of accounts.
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory/regulatory requirements
Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities




Ensure LLP specific compliance requirements (ROC filings, LLP agreements, partner capital accounts)

Budgeting, Costing & MIS
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards to management

Treasury & Working Capital Management
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital requirements
Oversee fund planning, credit facilities, and relationships with banks/financial institutions
Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory financing

Business Partnering & Leadership
Act as a strategic advisor to the management team on financial planning and business decisions
Support pricing, capex evaluation, and investment decisions
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
Coordinate with plant/operations teams for cost control and process efficiency inputs
