Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and productive functioning.
Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high hospitality standards and resolving guest concerns promptly.
Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff across all departments.
Monitor room occupancy, reservations, housekeeping, and front office operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Manage hotel budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control measures.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure proper maintenance of hotel facilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
Prepare operational reports and analyze hotel performance metrics.
Maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
