Digicognit builds business software products for Indian SMBs and GCC enterprise markets, including CognitFlow ERP, e-InvoFlow, CognitPOS, CognitiveBoard, DiFA, and EMS.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Presales Consultant to showcase our product suite to prospective clients, translate business needs into tailored product demonstrations, and support the sales team through the pre-sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live and virtual product demos of CognitFlow ERP, e-InvoFlow, CognitPOS, CognitiveBoard, DiFA, and EMS
Customize demo flows and scripts based on client industry, size, and pain points
Prepare and maintain presentation decks, walkthrough videos, and comparison materials
Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements before each demo
Handle first-level technical questions during demos; escalate complex queries to the development team
Collect and relay client feedback to product and development teams
Support trade shows, webinars,



and client onboarding sessions
Maintain accurate records of demo outcomes and follow-ups in CRM
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of experience in SaaS/ERP presales, product demonstration, or client-facing technical roles
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of ERP/business software concepts (inventory, invoicing, workflows)
Familiarity with PPT/Keynote and CRM tools
Willingness to travel for in office client demos
Preferred: exposure to GCC/Gulf markets or e-invoicing compliance systems (e.g., Fawtara/ZATCA)
Compensation
Based on experience: ₹2.5–5 LPA (fresher to senior GCC-facing presales)

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
