Job Summary

Sentosa Developers is looking for a agile and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with CRM and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and sales closing abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,741.32 - ₹30,000.00 per month
