Job Description – Primary School English Teacher (Classes I–VII)

Position: English Teacher
Location: Crystal Fusion School, Mallampet
Grades: Classes I–VII

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to teach students from Classes I to VII. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a love for teaching, and the ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment that fosters language development and literary appreciation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Develop students' communication and comprehension abilities.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain student records, progress reports, and assessment data.
Encourage creative writing, storytelling, public speaking, and reading habits.
Use cutting-edge teaching methods, educational technology, and interactive activities.




Manage classroom discipline and ensure a secure, positive learning environment.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. qualification preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in primary/middle school.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.

Salary
