Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage and support our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development, contributing to a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Assist in performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Handle HR documentation, contracts, and internal communications.
Support payroll processing in coordination with finance (if applicable).
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and HR-related queries.
